- We work with a number of online payment gateways including: PayPal, eWAY (Australian) and Concardis (EU). Other systems can be used if they are compatible.
- Some of the available features are: itemised invoices, real-time payment notification, generation of invoices and receipts, also in PDF format, printable mailing labels, MicroData tagging of products for search engines, and an advanced administration interface.
- News & Events Manager
- The News & Events Manager allows you to keep your site up-to-date without resorting to HTML and FTP uploads. It allows you to maintain Latest News online by just typing text into an online form. Each news item can include photos and file attachments and there is an automatic archiving feature.

- Each news database can contain multiple categories for display on different parts of the website, plus a browsable archive. Also included is an RSS feed (see below) which can also be used to automatically tweet or post headlines to your social media accounts.

- RSS Syndication
- An RSS Feed allows people to stay up-to-date with your latest news and events without even visiting the website. This is normally included by default with the News & Events Manager.

- Web Calendar
- The web calendar allows you to present information about upcoming events to your members or the general public. Submission can be restricted to yourself, or open to the public. If you have a lot of events then we can add a search facility.

- With each calendar or events database we include both an iCalendar (ICS) feed which lets people subscribe to your calendar using Outlook, iCal or a range of other programs, plus we mark up event information using MicroData making it accessible to all the major search engines.
- Document Register
- This application allows you to distribute information internally and/or externally though a searchable online database. All file types are supported up to 64Mb in size. Files and related information are stored under distinct categories created and controlled by the administrator.

- Interactive Maps
- While obviously not our own creation, we are able to customise and embed interactive maps into your website using technology provided by Google.

- The art of linking to other sites may be old-fashioned now, but it's still an important component of a good website. This module allows you to maintain a selection of useful links and resources for yourself and your visitors. You can group the links into any number of categories.

- Site Search
- Make the content of your site more accessible by adding an indexed search. The search engine will find not only HTML files but also scan the contents of most Word and PDF documents. The results are ordered by relevance and appear within the framework of your site.
